Freshness and Quality: The Journey of Our Vegetables from Farm to Table

Recently, we had the privilege of touring our vegetables factory and gaining an in-depth understanding of the meticulous processing steps involved. While we are dedicated to providing high-quality seafood products, we are equally committed to offering our customers premium vegetable products.

Freshly picked vegetables are shipped to the factory in a timely manner to ensure maximum freshness and nutrient retention. Upon arrival, the vegetables undergo a rigorous washing process to remove impurities.

Following the initial cleaning, the vegetables are meticulously cut to size based on our customers’ product specifications.  This precision cutting ensures uniformity and quality in every batch.  The cut vegetables are then subjected to a blanching process, where they are briefly blanched to remove pests and sterilise and preserve color, texture, and nutritional value.

And then the vegetables undergo a two-stage cooling process.The first cooling stage quickly lowers the temperature to halt the cooking process, while the second stage further cools the vegetables to prepare them for freezing.  This meticulous cooling process is crucial for maintaining the integrity and quality of the vegetables.

After cooling,the vegetables pass through the individual quick freezing machine.  This technology ensures that each piece is frozen separately, preventing clumping and preserving the fresh-picked quality. Finally, the frozen vegetables are carefully packaged and prepared with metal detector machine to detect foreign objects such as metals,  and the last the products free of foreign objects will be waiting for loading.

For some special products and special requirements, the process may be slightly different. There are also some products that need to be manually selected after passing through the individual quick freezing machine, eliminating those with larger sizes or poorer appearances, then packaged, and finally detected by the metal detector machine to see if there are any foreign objects.
